Online Shopping :: How to
Add items to your online shopping cart
Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, select the variations such as 'size' or 'colour' and then click on the "add to cart" button located on the left of any product detail page. This will add the selected product into your shopping basket.
View items in your online shopping cart
Once you have finished making your selections, click the "view cart" button located on any product item detail page or in the right-hand side menu.
Change item quantities in your online shopping cart
When you are viewing the contents of your shopping cart, you may change the item quantities in your cart by changing the number to the right of the product item, and then by clicking "update" after each quantity adjustment has been made.
You may also remove an item from your shopping cart by clicking on the "remove" button that appears to the right of the product item.
Proceed to the secure online shopping checkout
Once you have all the items in your shopping cart, click on the "checkout" button in your shopping cart to confirm your order & provide payment details. This will open a new window into which you need to enter your personal information and payment details.
This payment detail page has the highest level of security (SSL: secure socket layer) applied that encrypts your information so it cannot be "hacked into" by 3rd parties.
Gift Services
How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are available for purchase online. We offer gift certificates in the predetermined dollar amounts featured on our site. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. Gift certificates are mailed anywhere within Australia with no shipping charges.
How do I redeem my gift certificate?
A Globalize Gift Certificate can be redeemed at any Globalize retail store but excludes the online shop.
Postage & Handling
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, an "order sent" confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been mailed to you by registered post. At any time you can call our customer service line for assistance.
How soon will my order be sent?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST (excluding Victorian public holidays) will begin processing that day, and will posted within 24 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and mailed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. A customer service representative may contact you if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
Domestic shipping costs and methods
Your order will be sent to you by registered mail with Australia Post. You are charged a flat fee for shipping anywhere in Australia. And from time to time, a special offer of free shipping for purchases over a set value may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 21 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, WASHED or ALTERED and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoebox in its original condition and without postal labels or this may result in a fee being deducted from your refund. You will need to complete the return or exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Simply follow the instructions on the return/exchange slip included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using a registered service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not post ourselves).

When will my credit card be refunded?
Upon receipt of your returned order, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within five business days. You will be sent notification of refund via email but please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process this transaction to your account.

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

What happens if an item is not availabile?
Occasionally we may sell out of a product before we have had a chance to update it on the online shop. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail or contact you via the telephone (if provided). Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
