What do I have to spend to become a Globalize club member?

Only $100, that’s only two tee’s or a pair of shoes or a few pairs of havi’s, Simple!

What will happen if I have a Globalize Club card from the old point’s membership system?

If you have already got a Globalize card that you received via the website or in store and was posted to you and was issued to you on the Silver, Gold, Platinum points level system, your card will still be valid. If you had reached the platinum membership of 10% your discount will remain at 10%. If it was already at Gold of 5% your discount level will be fixed at this level. If you have your card but had not yet reached a discount level your card will be upgraded to 5% and fixed at that level.

If I am purchasing something on lay-by, will I receive my 5% discount on this transaction?

Yes you can receive your 5% discount on a new lay-by, just present your Club card when making the new lay-by, the staff will do the rest. However you will not receive discount on existing lay-by’s created before you received your Club card. The discount can only be taken of when the lay-by is created.

If I purchase something but do not have my Globalize club card with me will I still be able to receive my discount?

No, you must present your card at the time of making the purchase. No correspondence will be entered into.

Can I receive my discount when purchasing a Gift voucher?

No, the Club card discount is not valid on the purchase of a gift voucher. However it can be used when redeeming a gift voucher.

Can I use my Club card in conjunction with any other special offers?

The Club card can not be used along with any other special offers, such as % off sales, two for one offer, Christmas sales, other affiliated discount cards among others.

What happens if I loose my Globalize club card?

If you loose your club card, you need to request a new card by visiting your nearest Globalize store location. One new card per year will be issued for free, there after, a fee may apply. Upon receiving your new card your details will remain saved as the same as your original card and your original card will become inactive.

Can I share my club card with friends and family?

The club card is only for use by the person who is named on the card and has signed the card. Should the Club card be presented in-store and not match the name shown when the card is scanned at the point of sale then the card can not be used and no discounts shall apply. Should this occur it will be reported to the Club Globalize manager and it will be at their discretion to continue or end the membership and all rewards.

How will I find out about new membership offers?
