Website User And Member Agreement

Globalize.com.au is an online retail site owned and operated by Globalize Pty Ltd (ACN 86 075 512 828) . Please read the below Terms and Conditions of Use prior to purchasing any items on the Globalize.com.au website. In the Terms and Conditions of Use “Site” means the www.Globalize.com.au website and “you” or “your” refers to the subscriber or if not registered the potential subscriber. By purchasing an item on the website you are deemed to have read and understood the below Terms and Conditions of Use and have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, which forms a legally binding agreement between Globalize Pty Ltd and you. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use you must not use the website.

1. Amendments to Terms and Conditions of Use

Globalize Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter/amend any of the Terms and Conditions of Use without notifying you. Your continued use of the site will be deemed to be your acceptance of the altered/amended Terms and Conditions of use.

2. Accounts

When using the site to purchase items you must register to become a subscriber. To register you agree to supply a valid email address. The email address must be validated prior to being able to login to the site. You must supply any email addresses not owned or registered by you.

3. Restrictions of use

By using the site you agree to the following:

You are not permitted to interrupt the operation of the site in any way.

No credit card or banking details are stored on the server. A secure SSL certificate is used when accessing and processing your personal information.

7. Exchange & Refund Policy

Globalize Pty Ltd. adequately describes each item sold with regards to style, colour and size and therefore does not permit refunds unless the item is faulty. Exchange or refund for the same or similar items is permitted if your item is faulty.

Globalize must be notified within 7 days of shipping, in writing of the faulty product on info@Globalize.com.au. Preferably a photo of the faulty garment attached to the said email.

8. Email Policy

Upon subscribing to the site you are deemed to have agreed to receiving emails from the site and its associated email accounts. These emails will include promotional emails, order confirmation emails and brand marketing emails. If you unsubscribe from the mailing list you will no longer receive these emails. The trademarks and logos displayed on the site are trademarked by Globalize Pty Ltd excluding the individual brand logos. Any unauthorised use of the images may violate copyright laws, trade mark laws, the laws of privacy, and civil and criminal statutes.

11. Operation of the site outside of Australia

Globalize Pty Ltd. does not take responsibility for use of the site outside of Australia where foreign or local laws may be different. You are responsible for complying with the foreign or local laws if operating the site from outside of Australia.
